The submission
Four steps, all autosaving.
1. Identity and company
Your name, company name, website, a one-line description, location, sectors and stage. Autosaves as you type.

2. Private documents
Upload your pitch deck (PDF today, PPTX accepted with a stated manual-review fallback) and projections (XLSX, CSV or PDF). Type and size are validated, uploads show progress, and you can retry or remove any file.
- PDF text extraction is supported end to end
- PPTX and scanned PDFs are accepted but routed to manual review, which we tell you before you upload
- Files are stored privately and never listed publicly
3. Raise and traction
Raise target and currency, check range, instrument, traction split into actual versus projected periods, prior companies and exits with evidence URLs, tags and your narrative.
- Actual periods are weighted above projections
- Prior exits are self-reported and shown as pending until reviewed
- Evidence URLs are stored with the claim
4. Review, consent, publish
An editable AI-structured summary with source page references, explicitly flagged unknown fields and a confidence score. You confirm or correct every field, then choose whether to share with matched verified investors.
- The model never invents revenue, exits, names or numbers
- Instructions inside uploaded files are treated as text, never executed
- Publish, unpublish or withdraw at any time
Control
What you keep, and what investors never get.
- Investors never receive your personal contact details, and there is no message inbox to cold-pitch into.
- Your deck is released to an investor only when they are verified, matched and authorised. Every release is a short-lived signed link.
- Views are recorded only when an investor genuinely opens your profile, never as a vanity counter.
- You can edit and re-upload without losing your state, and you can withdraw or delete entirely.

Verified prior exits
A reviewed prior exit adds a visible, capped boost inside relevant matches. Until our team reviews the evidence you supply, the claim is displayed as self-reported and pending.
First-time founders
No penalty and no exclusion. First-time founders are matched on thesis fit and evidenced traction exactly like everyone else.
Promotion
Optional fixed-fee promotion places a qualified project in a separate labelled Sponsored slot. It cannot change your organic score. The fee is not yet set, so today you register interest from your dashboard. Subject to jurisdiction, eligibility and an approved regulated structure.
